14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Jewelry

Because our jewelry is handcrafted using natural stones, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of each piece’s unique character and are not considered defects.

Custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make things right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, A.M.A. will cover the reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for standard returns, except where required by law.
